Overview

MNE-CXX2 is a preclinical-stage, off-the-shelf mRNA cancer vaccine being developed by myNEO Therapeutics for the treatment of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). The vaccine is built upon the company's proprietary Camyotopes platform, which identifies 'shared' neoantigens—mutated protein fragments that are frequently presented by specific HLA types across different patients with the same tumor type. By delivering these optimized neo-epitopes via mRNA, MNE-CXX2 aims to prime and expand the patient's T-cell population to recognize and eliminate TNBC cells. This 'off-the-shelf' approach is intended to provide the benefits of neoantigen-targeted immunotherapy without the logistical complexity and time requirements of fully personalized vaccine manufacturing.
