Overview

MNE-CXX3 is an off-the-shelf mRNA-based cancer vaccine being developed by myNEO Therapeutics for the treatment of pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD). The vaccine utilizes the company's proprietary Camyotopes platform, which identifies shared neoantigens (neoepitopes) that are frequently present in specific patient populations but absent in healthy tissue. By delivering mRNA encoding these tumor-associated neoantigens, MNE-CXX3 aims to stimulate a robust and specific T-cell-mediated immune response against pancreatic tumor cells. The program is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
