MNE-P201 is a personalized mRNA-based cancer vaccine being developed by myNEO Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. The vaccine is designed using the company's proprietary neoantigen identification platform to encode patient-specific mutations (neoantigens) that are unique to the individual's tumor. Upon administration, the mRNA is translated into neoantigenic proteins, which are then presented to the immune system to trigger a targeted T-cell response against the cancer cells. MNE-P201 is currently in preclinical development.
