Mobithron Advance

Mobithron Advance is a multi-ingredient nutraceutical supplement developed and marketed by Brego Life Sciences for the management of osteoarthritis, specifically targeting knee osteoarthritis. The formulation contains three primary active components: undenatured type II collagen (Collavant n2), hyaluronic acid (Mobilee), and a patented Boswellia serrata gum extract (Apresflex). Undenatured type II collagen works via an oral tolerance mechanism to modulate the immune response and preserve joint cartilage. Hyaluronic acid provides essential lubrication and cushioning within the synovial fluid to improve joint mobility. Boswellia serrata extract acts as a potent anti-inflammatory agent by inhibiting the 5-lipoxygenase (5-LOX) enzyme, thereby reducing the production of pro-inflammatory leukotrienes. Universiti Sains Malaysia is currently conducting a prospective clinical trial to evaluate the long-term safety, efficacy, and cartilage-preserving effects of Mobithron Advance in patients with Kellgren-Lawrence grade 1 to 3 knee osteoarthritis.
