Overview

Mocertatug rezetecan is an investigational, B7-H4-targeted antibody-drug conjugate developed by Hansoh Pharma and licensed to GSK outside mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. It comprises an anti-B7-H4 monoclonal antibody linked to a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload, enabling selective delivery of cytotoxic activity to B7-H4-expressing tumor cells. The ADC has a drug-to-antibody ratio of 6 and is being advanced in phase 3 development for ovarian, fallopian tube, primary peritoneal, and endometrial cancers.
