Overview

MOD-001 is a preclinical small molecule developed by Modulo Bio. It targets the CSF1R receptor to reprogram microglia and reduce neuroinflammation, aiming to treat neurodegenerative diseases such as Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD) and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). The Alzheimer's Drug Discovery Foundation (ADDF) has provided a strategic investment to advance MOD-001 towards IND-enabling studies and first-in-human trials.
