MOD016 is a preclinical small-molecule oncology drug candidate being developed by Modifi Bio as part of a platform of DNA-targeting agents designed to induce cytotoxic DNA lesions in tumor cells with a potentially improved therapeutic index over existing alkylating chemotherapies.
