Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ModCAR-CD22 is a preclinical-stage modular chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) cell therapy being developed by Hauul Bio. It is designed to target CD22-positive hematologic malignancies, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), and non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). The ModCAR platform utilizes a modular architecture intended to provide enhanced control and potentially multi-antigen targeting capabilities to improve the safety and efficacy of CAR-based treatments for blood cancers.
