Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MOH-A2 is a preclinical therapeutic candidate being developed by Multiomic Health for the treatment of chronic kidney disease (CKD), specifically targeting kidney inflammation and fibrosis across multiple etiologies. The drug was identified using Multiomic Health's proprietary precision medicine platform, which integrates multi-omics data from patient biobanks to identify specific disease endotypes and associated therapeutic targets. Multiomic Health is collaborating with Alloy Therapeutics to develop this asset, leveraging Alloy's ATX-Gx™ human antibody discovery platform. MOH-A2 is currently in the in vitro and in vivo validation stage of preclinical development, aimed at addressing the high unmet need in CKD patients who do not respond to current standard-of-care treatments.
