**MOLMite** is a molecular house dust mite allergen immunotherapy developed for respiratory allergic disease caused by sensitization to *Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus*. It contains purified major mite allergens Der p 1, Der p 2, and Der p 23 and is administered by subcutaneous injection to promote allergen-specific immune tolerance. The product is being evaluated in a randomized, placebo-controlled Phase II dose-ranging trial for moderate-to-severe allergic rhinitis or allergic rhinoconjunctivitis, with or without controlled allergic asthma.
