Monurelle Biogel

ZP-025 (Monurelle Biogel) is a non-hormonal vaginal gel containing purified, dialyzed, and lyophilized bovine colostrum. It is indicated for the treatment of vaginal dryness and symptoms associated with vaginal atrophy in both post-menopausal women and women of reproductive age. The bovine colostrum component is rich in bioactive molecules, including growth factors and immunoglobulins, which work to restore the physiological thickness of the vaginal epithelium and improve local blood flow (vascular capacitance). Clinical trials have shown that ZP-025 significantly improves vaginal health index (VHI) scores and sexual function, providing a safe alternative to hormone replacement therapy for local symptoms. It is regulated as a medical device in the European Union.
