Moshen granule is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation developed by the First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is specifically designed for the treatment of primary membranous nephropathy (PMN). The formulation is based on the TCM therapeutic principles of invigorating the spleen, benefiting the kidney, dispelling wind, and dredging collaterals. In clinical studies, it is evaluated for its efficacy in reducing proteinuria and improving renal function in patients with PMN, either as a monotherapy or in combination with standard treatments like angiotensin receptor blockers or immunosuppressants.
