Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Mosunetuzumab + atezolizumab** is an investigational combination therapy being studied for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). Mosunetuzumab is a humanized bispecific monoclonal antibody that binds both CD20 on B-cells and CD3 on T-cells, redirecting T-cells to lyse malignant B-cells. Atezolizumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody that binds to programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), blocking the PD-L1/PD-1 pathway and enhancing T-cell-mediated anti-tumor immunity. The combination leverages complementary immunotherapeutic mechanisms: direct T-cell engagement and checkpoint inhibition. The combination is being developed primarily for hematologic malignancies that are resistant to other therapies[1][3][6][7].
