Overview

**Mosunetuzumab + gemcitabine + oxaliplatin** (Mosun-GemOx) is a combination regimen being studied mainly for relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and high-grade B-cell lymphoma (HGBCL)[1]. - **Mosunetuzumab** is a bispecific monoclonal antibody that targets CD20 on B-cells and CD3 on T-cells, redirecting T-cells to eliminate malignant B-cells. - **Gemcitabine** is a nucleoside analog (antimetabolite) that inhibits DNA synthesis, used broadly in solid tumors and lymphoma. - **Oxaliplatin** is a platinum-based chemotherapeutic agent that causes DNA crosslinking and apoptosis. This combination is under investigation as an alternative to regimens such as rituximab plus gemcitabine and oxaliplatin (R-GemOx)[1],[6]. The anticipated benefit is to harness immunotherapy (via mosunetuzumab) along with established cytotoxic agents (gemcitabine and oxaliplatin) for improved efficacy. Development is focused on patients who are transplant-ineligible with relapsed or refractory aggressive B-cell lymphomas[1].
