A combination therapy consisting of **mosunetuzumab**, **tiragolumab**, and **atezolizumab** has been investigated for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma, including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and follicular lymphoma. Mosunetuzumab is a bispecific monoclonal antibody that targets CD20 on B cells and CD3 on T cells, facilitating T-cell–mediated cytotoxicity against malignant B cells. Tiragolumab is a monoclonal antibody targeting TIGIT, an inhibitory immune checkpoint receptor primarily found on T cells and natural killer cells, aiming to enhance anti-tumor immune responses. Atezolizumab is a monoclonal antibody that inhibits programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), blocking immune evasion by tumor cells and further stimulating immune-mediated tumor cell killing. The combination is designed to synergistically disrupt multiple immune checkpoints and pathways to improve anti-cancer efficacy[1][2][3][4][5][9].
