mosunetuzumab + venetoclax

**Mosunetuzumab + venetoclax** is an investigational combination therapy for hematologic malignancies, specifically in relapsed or refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). Mosunetuzumab is a bispecific monoclonal antibody that targets both CD20 on B-cells and CD3 on T-cells, redirecting T-cell cytotoxicity toward malignant B-cells. Venetoclax is a small-molecule inhibitor of BCL-2, a key anti-apoptotic protein, thereby promoting apoptosis in B-cell malignancies. This combination is under evaluation to assess synergistic efficacy and safety in patients with CLL who have failed previous therapies, including prior exposure to BTK inhibitors and/or venetoclax.
