mouse Dll4 siRNA is a small interfering RNA specifically designed to silence the expression of the mouse delta-like ligand 4 (Dll4) gene. Dll4 is a membrane-bound ligand in the Notch signaling pathway, primarily expressed in vascular endothelial cells. Dll4-Notch signaling is essential for regulating angiogenesis, vascular development, and cell fate decisions. Mouse Dll4 siRNA inhibits Dll4 expression by targeting Dll4 mRNA for degradation through the RNA interference (RNAi) mechanism. This reduces Dll4 protein levels and disrupts downstream Notch signaling, affecting angiogenesis, cell proliferation, and tissue vascularization. Mouse Dll4 siRNA has been utilized experimentally to investigate the role of Dll4 in cancer, tissue engineering, and regenerative medicine, including mouse models of ovarian cancer and adipose tissue transplantation[1][3][5].
