MOXR0916 + atezolizumab is a **combination therapy** consisting of MOXR0916, a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody that acts as an effector-competent agonist targeting OX40 (a T-cell costimulatory receptor), and atezolizumab, an FDA-approved monoclonal antibody checkpoint inhibitor targeting PD-L1.
