Overview

MP-303 is a first-in-class, topical small molecule product currently in preclinical development for the treatment of non-melanoma skin cancer (NMSC), including squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), basal cell carcinoma (BCC), and actinic keratosis (AK). Developed by Mustafa Nevzat İlaç Sanayii, the drug's mechanism of action involves targeted necrosis of cancer cells combined with an immunomodulatory effect. It is formulated for topical administration to provide a localized therapeutic effect on skin lesions while minimizing systemic exposure. The exact molecular target has not been publicly disclosed, but the dual action of inducing cell death and stimulating an immune response is intended to clear malignant and pre-malignant skin lesions.
