MP-435 + methotrexate

MP-435 is an oral small molecule antagonist of the complement C5a receptor (C5AR1), developed by Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma for the treatment of immune-mediated diseases, primarily rheumatoid arthritis. Methotrexate is a well-established antimetabolite and immunosuppressant commonly used in combination with other agents to treat rheumatoid arthritis.
