MP-E-8.3

MP-E-8.3 is a preclinical antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by MediaPharma that targets Endosialin (also known as CD248 or Tumor Endothelial Marker 1, TEM1). Endosialin is a transmembrane glycoprotein predominantly expressed on the surface of tumor-associated pericytes and activated fibroblasts within the tumor stroma, as well as on certain malignant cells like those in sarcomas. By binding to Endosialin, MP-E-8.3 delivers a potent cytotoxic payload specifically to the tumor microenvironment, aiming to disrupt tumor vascularization and stromal support.
