Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MP010 is a bifunctional fusion protein being developed by MedPacto, Inc. as a bispecific agent targeting the tumor microenvironment (TME). It is designed to simultaneously bind to Extra Domain B fibronectin (EDB-FN), a component of the extracellular matrix overexpressed in tumors, and inhibit Transforming Growth Factor-beta (TGF-β). By selectively localizing to the TME via EDB-FN binding, MP010 traps TGF-β to neutralize its immunosuppressive effects, thereby promoting immune cell infiltration and inducing cancer cell death. The drug is currently in preclinical development for solid tumors, with an Investigational New Drug (IND) application planned for 2026.
