Preclinical data demonstrate high tumor accumulation (up to 34% at 24 hours post-injection) and a favorable tumor-to-kidney ratio (up to 4.5), which indicates potential for selective tumor targeting with limited kidney uptake. This molecule is co-developed by Molecular Partners and Orano Med, representing the second Radio-DARPin oncology candidate from this collaboration and is still in preclinical development for ovarian cancer[1][2][3][5][7][9].
