Overview

MPB-2354, also called RegenTrace, is MegaPro Biomedical's preclinical **allogeneic adipose-derived stem cell therapy** incorporating iron oxide nanoparticle labeling to enable real-time in vivo MRI tracking of administered cells. The product is intended to address limitations of conventional cell therapy by monitoring cell localization, persistence, and post-treatment dynamics, while retaining reported anti-inflammatory activity. MegaPro is developing MPB-2354 initially for critical limb ischemia and has described plans for U.S. IND-enabled clinical development.
