MPN-anti-KRAS (G12D), also known as LIB111, is a therapeutic candidate developed by LiberaBio. It consists of a monoclonal antibody specifically targeting the KRAS G12D mutant protein, encapsulated within LiberaBio's proprietary Multifunctional Polymeric Nanoparticle (MPN) technology. This delivery system is designed to overcome the challenge of targeting intracellular proteins with large biologics, allowing the antibody to reach and inhibit KRAS G12D within the cytoplasm of cancer cells. The program is currently in the IND-enabling stage for the treatment of KRAS G12D-mutated cancers, such as pancreatic, colorectal, and lung cancers.
