Overview

MQI-121 is a preclinical-stage, pH-sensitive antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) and T-cell engager (TCE) targeting tumor-associated calcium signal transducer 2 (TROP-2). Developed by Mabqi, the therapeutic candidate is designed to selectively target TROP-2-expressing solid tumors. By leveraging Mabqi's pH-sensitive antibody platform, MQI-121 is engineered to bind TROP-2 preferentially in the acidic tumor microenvironment, potentially minimizing on-target, off-tumor toxicities in healthy tissues.
