Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MRANK-101 is an investigational small-molecule modulator of the Gastric Inhibitory Polypeptide Receptor (GIPR) being developed by MindRank for the treatment of obesity. Currently in the discovery and optimization phase, this candidate leverages MindRank's AI-driven drug discovery platform to target the GIPR pathway, which plays a significant role in glucose homeostasis and lipid metabolism. As a small molecule, MRANK-101 represents a potential oral alternative to the injectable peptide-based GIPR modulators currently used in metabolic disease management. The program is part of MindRank's wholly-owned pipeline of AI-designed therapeutic candidates.
