**MRG-002** is a preclinical fixed-dose combination developed by MedRegen for skin-related wound injuries and certain liver diseases. It combines plerixafor, a C-X-C chemokine receptor type 4 antagonist, with FKVP, a novel non-immunosuppressive tacrolimus analog reported to activate bone morphogenetic protein signaling without inhibiting calcineurin.
