Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**MRG006A** is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) that targets glypican-3 (GPC3), a cell-surface proteoglycan overexpressed in certain malignancies, especially hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Its mechanism involves delivering a cytotoxic payload selectively to GPC3-positive tumor cells, thus inhibiting tumor growth. Developed using the Hi-TOPi innovation platform, MRG006A has demonstrated robust, dose-dependent tumor growth inhibition in various preclinical models, along with favorable safety/tolerability in exploratory toxicology studies. It is currently being investigated for advanced solid tumors, particularly advanced hepatocellular carcinoma and malignant solid neoplasms[1][3][9].
