mRNA-0170

mRNA-0170 is an investigational, nucleoside‑modified messenger RNA (mRNA) therapeutic candidate being developed by Moderna as part of its broader mRNA pipeline. It consists of an in vitro–transcribed mRNA sequence formulated in a lipid nanoparticle delivery system, enabling uptake into host cells and transient expression of a specific therapeutic protein.
