mRNA-2752 is an investigational intratumoral immuno-oncology medicine developed by Moderna. It is a lipid nanoparticle-encapsulated formulation containing three mRNA payloads that direct local expression of human OX40 ligand, interleukin-23, and interleukin-36 gamma. The expressed immunostimulatory proteins are intended to remodel the tumor microenvironment, promote inflammatory signaling, and enhance antitumor T-cell responses; the product has been studied alone and with immune checkpoint blockade, including durvalumab and pembrolizumab. Clinical evaluation has included Phase 1 studies in advanced solid tumors or lymphoma and in high-risk ductal carcinoma in situ. It has no approved brand name and is not FDA approved.
