Drug intelligence / Profile preview
mRNA-LNP Longevity-Frailty is an investigational mRNA-based therapeutic encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) being developed by SirtLab. The therapy is designed to restore or elevate the expression of sirtuin 6 (SIRT6), a key NAD+-dependent deacetylase and mono-ADP-ribosyltransferase that plays a critical role in DNA repair, metabolic regulation, and inflammation. By boosting SIRT6 levels, the program aims to promote healthy aging, extend lifespan, and prevent or reverse age-related frailty. The asset is currently in the IND-enabling stage of development.
