Overview

**MRT-6101** is an investigational small molecule molecular glue degrader developed by Monte Rosa Therapeutics in partnership with Novartis. It targets **VAV1**, a nucleotide exchange factor critical for T-cell and B-cell production and immune signaling, inducing dose-dependent degradation exceeding 90% and inhibiting inflammatory cytokine secretion such as IL-2 by up to 99%. Administered orally, it is being evaluated for autoimmune and immune-mediated disorders following promising Phase 1 data in healthy volunteers.
