Overview

MRX-7MLL is a transdermal patch formulation of memantine developed by MEDRx for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. It utilizes the proprietary Nano-Sized Colloid Transdermal System (NCTS) technology to deliver memantine, an NMDA receptor antagonist, through the skin. This delivery method is designed to maintain stable plasma levels and reduce gastrointestinal side effects associated with oral administration. Development of MRX-7MLL has been discontinued.
