MS003 is a monoclonal antibody developed by Medimscience that targets MT003, a proprietary macrophage-related protein. It is currently in the IND-enabling stage of development for a variety of indications, including hematological malignancies such as acute myeloid leukemia (AML), T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL), and multiple myeloma (MM), as well as autoimmune and inflammatory conditions like inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), rheumatoid arthritis (RA), and psoriatic arthritis (PA).
