Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MS2101 is an investigational cell therapy composed of adult human neural stem cells (ahNSC), developed by Medinno for the treatment of stroke. The therapy is designed to promote the repair and regeneration of brain tissue following a stroke event, leveraging the inherent neurogenic and neuroprotective properties of neural stem cells. By transplanting these cells into the affected area, the treatment aims to restore lost neurological functions and improve clinical outcomes for patients. MS2101 is currently in Phase 1 clinical development.
