**MSC-D24** is an investigational allogeneic bone marrow-derived human mesenchymal stem cell therapy loaded ex vivo with the tumor-selective oncolytic adenovirus DNX-2401, also known as tasadenoturev or Delta-24-RGD. The mesenchymal stem cells are intended to home to glioma tissue after selective endovascular intra-arterial administration and act as carriers that improve delivery of the viral payload. Released DNX-2401 preferentially replicates in tumor cells with deficient retinoblastoma-pathway signaling, causing oncolysis and promoting antitumor immune responses. MSC-D24 is being evaluated in an active Phase 1 study for recurrent high-grade glioma, including recurrent glioblastoma.
