MSC treatment 02 refers to a specific high-dose regimen (6×10^6 cells/kg) of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) being investigated by the Sixth Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University, for the treatment of refractory Crohn's disease. Mesenchymal stem cells are multipotent stromal cells that possess significant immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory properties.
