Overview

MSK-TCR5 is an autologous, genetically engineered T-cell receptor (TCR) therapy developed by Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. It is designed to target the RAS G12D mutation (found in KRAS, HRAS, and NRAS genes) when presented by the HLA-A*11:01 human leukocyte antigen. The therapy is armored with CD8 alpha and beta chains to enhance the potency and persistence of the engineered T cells within the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. It is currently being evaluated in the Phase I FORTRAS clinical trial for patients with advanced solid tumors harboring the RAS G12D mutation.
