Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MST-168 is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), specifically an immuno-stimulating antibody conjugate (ISAC), developed by Mabsoft Therapeutics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. It targets the Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2) and is designed for the treatment of advanced solid malignant tumors, including HER2-positive breast, lung, and gastrointestinal cancers. Unlike traditional ADCs that deliver cytotoxic payloads to kill cancer cells directly, ISACs like MST-168 utilize an immune agonist as the payload to activate the innate immune system within the tumor microenvironment. This mechanism is intended to promote a durable anti-tumor immune response and overcome resistance to standard therapies. MST-168 is currently being evaluated in a Phase 1, multiregional clinical trial in China and Australia to assess its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy in patients with HER2-driven advanced solid tumors.
