Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MT-011 is a first-in-class bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (Bs-ADC) currently in the discovery phase of development by Marigold Therapeutics. The asset is designed to target two distinct antigens simultaneously, a strategy intended to enhance tumor selectivity and internalization of its cytotoxic payload while potentially reducing off-target toxicities associated with monospecific ADCs. MT-011 is being developed for the treatment of metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) and various other solid tumors. As a discovery-stage program, specific details regarding its target antigens, linker technology, and payload mechanism have not yet been publicly disclosed.
