Overview

MT-013 is a bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (Bs-ADC) being developed by Marigold Therapeutics for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. Currently in the discovery phase, MT-013 is designed to target two distinct tumor antigens or epitopes, which may enhance the specificity and internalization of the cytotoxic payload compared to traditional monospecific ADCs. This dual-targeting approach is intended to improve therapeutic efficacy and potentially overcome resistance in various solid tumor types.
