Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MT-110 is a clinical candidate small molecule inhibitor that selectively targets non-muscle myosin II (NMII) over cardiac muscle myosin II (CMII). Developed through rational drug design, it exhibits excellent properties, including high brain penetration. MT-110 has demonstrated efficacy in preclinical models for methamphetamine use disorder (MUD), a condition currently lacking FDA-approved therapies, and is considered a promising therapeutic agent.
