MT-3724 + lenalidomide is an experimental combination therapy being investigated for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. MT-3724 is an engineered toxin body targeting CD20 on B lymphocytes, while lenalidomide is an immunomodulatory agent used in several hematologic malignancies. The combination is designed to leverage MT-3724's direct cytotoxic effects on CD20-expressing cells with the immunostimulatory and antineoplastic actions of lenalidomide. The combination has been administered intravenously (MT-3724) and orally (lenalidomide) in early phase studies. Clinical trial MT-3724_NHL_003 evaluating this combination was terminated prior to completion, and there are no approved indications for the combination as of the last available reports[3].
