MT-401

MT-401 is an allogeneic multi-tumor-associated antigen-specific T-cell therapy developed by Marker Therapeutics for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML), particularly in post-transplant settings. It targets multiple tumor-associated antigens simultaneously and has shown efficacy in both adjuvant and active disease settings following allogeneic stem cell transplantation. It functions as a MultiTAA-specific T-cell product that can recognize and target multiple tumor-associated antigens expressed by AML cells. In non-clinical studies, MT-401 has demonstrated significant anti-tumor activity against AML cells even in partially HLA-matched settings.
