Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MT-40X is an early-stage, tumor-targeting therapeutic candidate being co-developed by MabTics and Curacle for the treatment of solid cancers. Originating from MabTics's proprietary EAGLES platform, MT-40X is designed as either a T-cell engager or an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting an undisclosed tumor antigen. The program is currently in the discovery (lead generation) stage, with development being conducted intravenously under a joint research and development agreement between MabTics and Curacle.
