MT122 is a monoclonal antibody therapy in preclinical development by Medytox for the treatment of myasthenia gravis, a rare autoimmune neuromuscular disorder. In 2023, the candidate was selected by the Korea Drug Development Fund (KDDF) for inclusion in the national new drug development project, which provides research and development funding support. The drug is designed to target the underlying immune mechanisms of the disease to improve muscle function and reduce symptoms.
