It contains 200 mg of acetylcysteine (N-acetylcysteine) as its active ingredient and is formulated as an effervescent tablet for oral administration. The drug is primarily indicated for the management of conditions characterized by excessive or thick mucus, such as cystic fibrosis, bronchitis, and chesty coughs.
