muFAP-CD40

**muFAP-CD40** is a bispecific antibody designed to activate the **CD40** receptor conditionally in the presence of **fibroblast activation protein α (FAP)**, a protease specifically expressed in the stroma of solid tumors. By targeting both FAP and CD40, the agonist restricts CD40 activation to the tumor microenvironment, thereby overcoming toxicity and "sink" effects typical of nontargeted CD40 agonists. This targeting enables higher and more effective dosing, resulting in potent T-cell priming, intratumoral immune activation, and tumor regression, while minimizing systemic adverse effects.
