Overview

muJ591 is a murine monoclonal antibody that recognizes the extracellular domain of prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA). PSMA is highly expressed by malignant prostate epithelial cells and vascular endothelial cells of numerous solid tumor malignancies. The antibody has been used in various radiolabeled forms for targeted therapy and imaging of prostate cancer.
